📜 Terms of Service – GiftySee

Welcome to GiftySee. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.

 

 

1️⃣ Customized Products

All products offered by GiftySee are customized and made-to-order based on the images or designs provided by the customer.

  • Once an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

  • Since each product is uniquely made, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur.

  • These variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.

 

 

2️⃣ Order Processing & Payment

  • Orders are processed only after full payment is successfully received.

  • Production of customized items begins immediately after order confirmation.

  • GiftySee reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of suspicious or fraudulent activity.

 

 

3️⃣ Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on customer location and courier services.

  • GiftySee is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information to avoid delivery issues.

 

 

4️⃣ Return & Refund Policy

Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the following cases:

✔ The product arrives damaged or broken
✔ The wrong design/photo was printed

To request a replacement or refund:

  • A full, clear, and uncut opening video is mandatory.

  • The request must be sent within 24 hours of delivery.

Your email must include:

  • Order ID

  • Opening video (full & uncut)

  • Product photos

  • Invoice photo

Requests with missing information will be rejected.

 

 

5️⃣ Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for uploading correct and high-quality images.

GiftySee is not responsible for poor print results caused by:

  • Low-resolution images

  • Blurred photos

  • Incorrect images uploaded by the customer

Customers are advised to review their uploaded images carefully before placing an order.

 

 

6️⃣ Intellectual Property

Customers must ensure that they have the legal rights to use any image or design they upload.

GiftySee will not be responsible for any copyright or trademark violations caused by customer-provided content.

 

 

7️⃣ Limitation of Liability

GiftySee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use of our products

  • Delivery delays

  • Customer-provided images or designs

Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the purchased product.

 

 

8️⃣ Fraud Prevention

GiftySee reserves the right to:

  • Cancel suspicious orders

  • Refuse service to users who violate our policies

  • Take action against fraudulent refund or damage claims

 

 

9️⃣ Changes to Terms

GiftySee may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Any changes will be published on our official website and will become effective immediately.
