GiftySee is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.
3️⃣ Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

From time to time, GiftySee may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or campaigns.
4️⃣ Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:

A tracking number will be shared with you via Email or WhatsApp.

You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s tracking page.
Tracking details usually become active within 24 hours of dispatch.
5️⃣ Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.

The courier may return the parcel to us.

Customers are advised to refuse the parcel from the courier.
If the parcel is accepted:

A clear unboxing video is mandatory to claim damage or replacement.
Claims without proper unboxing proof may not be approved.
