📜 Return & Refund Policy – GiftySee

(Customized Wooden Photo Products)

1️⃣ Customized Products (Non-Returnable)

All products at GiftySee are specially customized based on the photo or design provided by the customer.
Because each product is made uniquely for you:

  • Returns or refunds are not accepted for change of mind.

  • Returns are not accepted due to personal dislike of design.

  • Slight color variation may occur due to screen vs printing differences, which is normal.

 


 

2️⃣ Eligible Cases for Return / Replacement

A return or replacement will only be accepted in the following cases:

✔ The wrong photo or design was printed (different from the one you provided).
✔ The product was damaged, broken, or defective during delivery.
✔ The customer received a completely wrong product.

 


 

3️⃣ Damage Claim Policy

If your order arrives damaged, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, please send:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)

  • Photo of invoice / packaging label

Claims without proper proof will not be accepted.

 


 

4️⃣ Return Request Process

To request a replacement, email us within 24 hours of delivery at:

Your email must include:

  • Order ID

  • Full unboxing video (clear & uncut)

  • Product photos

  • Invoice photo

If any of the required details are missing, the request may be rejected.

 


 

5️⃣ 24-Hour Return Window

GiftySee follows a strict 24-hour return policy.

  • Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

  • This rule helps us ensure fair verification of product condition.

 


 

6️⃣ No Refund for Customer Image Errors

Since products are customized:

  • If the customer uploads a wrong image, blur image, or low-resolution image, the order will still be processed.

  • In such cases refund or return will not be provided.

Customers are requested to double-check their images before placing the order.

 


 

7️⃣ Replacement Policy

If your claim is approved:

  • We will provide a replacement product at no extra cost, OR

  • A refund may be processed in rare cases where replacement is not possible.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

 


 

8️⃣ Cancellation Policy

Orders for customized products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

If you wish to cancel, it must be done within 2 hours of placing the order.
