Welcome to GiftySee. These Billing Terms & Conditions explain how payments are handled when you place an order on our website.

By placing an order with GiftySee, you agree to the following billing terms.

1️⃣ Payment Method

Currently, GiftySee offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for customers across India.

• Customers can pay in cash at the time of delivery.

• The payment must be made directly to the delivery partner when the order arrives.

2️⃣ Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD allows customers to pay only after receiving the parcel.

• In most cases, COD is provided without additional charges, unless stated during special promotions or delivery conditions.

• Customers must ensure cash is ready at the time of delivery.

If payment is refused at delivery, the order may be marked as Rejected Delivery.

3️⃣ Payment Terms

• The full order amount must be paid at the time of delivery.

• The delivery partner will only hand over the parcel after receiving full payment.

• Partial payments are not accepted.

Failure to complete payment may result in future order restrictions.

4️⃣ Invoice & Billing

• A tax invoice or order invoice will be included with your package or sent to your registered email/WhatsApp after dispatch.

• The invoice will include:

• Order ID

• Product details

• Total payable amount

• Billing information

Customers should verify invoice details after receiving the order.

• All product prices listed on the website are shown in Indian Rupees (INR).

• Prices displayed at checkout are the final payable amount unless otherwise stated.

GiftySee does not charge hidden fees.

• Restrict COD service for customers with multiple rejected deliveries

Customers placing COD orders agree to:

• Accept the delivery when the order arrives

• Pay the full order amount

• Avoid fake or test orders

Repeated COD order rejections may result in account blocking or order restrictions.
